Any work between you and Veliora HK Limited is governed by a separate written Agreement covering scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual property, and confidentiality. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of services, a quote, or a contract.

Fees, payment schedules, currencies, and taxes for the Services are set in the individual Agreement signed with each Client. Any prices, ranges, or examples shown on the site are illustrative only and do not constitute a binding quote.

The Veliora name, brand, copy, design system, and visual assets on this site are owned by Veliora HK Limited and protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property law. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose content from the site without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created during a Client engagement is governed by the Agreement.

When we work with a Client, each party may receive information the other treats as confidential. Each party agrees to use that information only for the purposes of the engagement, to protect it with reasonable care, and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law. The specific terms, including duration and exceptions, are set in the Agreement.

The site may link to third-party sites or load third-party tools, for example fonts, form processing, and analytics. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Content on this site is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or up to date. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Veliora HK Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify Veliora HK Limited against reasonable losses, damages, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the site or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to losses caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct, and is subject to the limits above.

These terms apply while you use the site. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, for example for maintenance or to address misuse. Client engagements begin and end as set out in the Agreement, including any notice periods and effects of termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be heard by the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the site or applicable law changes. The dates at the top of the page reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
