The model

An embedded pod, not an agency layer.

We slot into your team like in-house. One strategy lead reads the funnel end to end, then a small pod of specialists runs the work. No account managers in the middle, no decks where dashboards belong.

Strategy comes before spend. We decide what to test, on which channel, against which metric, and only then turn on the budget. When the data shifts, the pod rotates: an SEO sprint can hand off to a paid sprint without rehiring anyone.

Payback drives the calendar. Every test has a window where it needs to prove itself. If it does, we scale. If it does not, we cut and document why, so the next bet starts smarter.

    Diagnose

    We start by reading the funnel before touching the spend. That means full access to product, billing, ads, and analytics, and an hour with the founder.

    We map where revenue actually breaks: acquisition, activation, monetisation, or retention. Every later decision points back to this map.

    Plan

    We turn the diagnosis into a 30 to 90 day experiment roadmap. Each test names its hypothesis, the channel, the metric it moves, and the bar for success.

    Plans are channel-agnostic. We do not staff the plan to fit our hours, we staff our hours to fit the plan.

    Ship
